So what exactly is a virtual tour?
A virtual tour is a series of interactive images that allow future guests to explore the space, simulating the feeling of being inside the room. It shows off the accommodations in more detail than still images, and gives the user the control to view your unit at their own pace.
This is an excellent way to showcase rental units, because it provides the opportunity to experience the features, amenities, and layout of a unit before booking. This makes the guest more comfortable when booking, meaning less inquiries and faster reservations.
Virtual tours differ from still images in many ways, one in particular is that a virtual tour is live and interactive. This requires it to be "hosted" using specific software. (It is not just a simple JPEG file) This is why pricing includes "hosting fees".

Hosting Fee for Virtual tours
All packages include 5 years of free hosting. After 5 years, hosting fees will be charged annually at market value, Gemma Rose Photography does not mark up these fees, but at the same time can not predict them 5 years from now. It is recommended to update your virtual tours and photography every 5 years, or any time changes have been made, in order to give guests the most honest representation of the accommodations.
